Gluten Free & Paleo Guest Post from The Big Man’s World Plus 3 Recipes!

I am so excited to share this guest blog of Arman from The Big Man’s World.  He is a blogger from Australia.  I stumbled upon his blog on accident.  I was extremely impressed, so I reached out to him.  After meeting him I also posted a couple of his recipes on my Facebook page, as well as introduced him to some of my gluten free blogger friends. He just recently moved to New York in Queens.  He just recently had the opportunity to try my flour blends, Mama’s Almond and Coconut Blend Flours and he was extremely impressed.  He said they were very consistent and made his recipes taste great. I was thrilled!  After a few weeks getting to know this young man, I discovered that he is one of the nicest gentlemen that I have had the opportunity to meet, truly.  I think you will like him too!  Enjoy his blog post below!

Hey readers of Gluten Free Mama!

My name is Arman and I’m the blogger behind thebigmansworld.com

On my blog, I share healthy, easy and delicious recipes which do NOT sacrifice on taste! Ever since June 2014, I’ve ensured that all my recipes are strictly Gluten Free and many are Paleo  or Vegan too. The three most used ingredients in my recipes are almond flour, coconut flour and a gluten free flour blend. Something I’ve noticed across the board is that while these flours are versatile- They never provided consistent results.

I was fortunate to connect with Rachel through a mutual Facebook group and was thrilled to find out she was the owner of several flour blends- All of which I use! After researching her products, I was impressed with all the reviews and the messages throughout- CONSISTENCY.

Since moving to America, I’ve been fortunate to come across her almond flour blend in a New York Supermarket. This provided the perfect opportunity to try it out on some of my recipes and I’ve been thrilled with the outcome so far!

This recipe for No Bake Gluten Free Blueberry Muffin Energy Balls have the taste and texture of a blueberry muffin minus the need for an oven. They are also gluten free, paleo and vegan! You can get the recipe here.

Also tested with the Mama’s Gluten Free flours with incredible success was my Healthy Carrot Cake. No crumbly textures and moist on the inside! You can get the recipe here.

Finally, I also used Mama’s Gluten Free flour blends to make these Gluten Free Baked Apple Pie bars which worked a treat. Get the recipe here.

If there is one flour blend I stand behind, it’s Gluten Free Mama’s,  because when it comes to gluten free recipes needing flour- Consistency and texture is key.
