ABOUT THE GLUTEN FREE MAMA
Rachel Carlyle-Gauthier
aka “The Gluten Free Mama” founded the Gluten Free Mama Kitchen, llc and created the first flour blends, detailed tips and co-authored the Gluten Free Mama’s Best Baking Recipes Cookbook. Rachel’s dedication and inspiration to gluten free food and recipes is a direct result from her daughter Lexie’s diagnosis with gluten intolerance. Rachel brings a long history of cooking experience to the company including seven months experience cooking in a private high school and attending Bon Vivant School of Cooking achieving certificates in Mastering the Basics, Art of Fine Cuisine, Cordon Bleu and the Art of Baking Bread. Rachel’s mission is to redefine Gluten Free Baking by offering a variety of recipes that everyone will enjoy, not just those living with Celiac Disease or Gluten Intolerance.
In addition to being the Gluten Free Mama and running the business, Rachel is a dedicated mother of three beautiful daughters and a devoted wife. She and her family live in the beautiful Mission Valley of Polson, Montana. Rachel is also committed to service in women’s ministries at her local church.
Billie McCrea helped Rachel bring the
cookbook to fruition , by co-authoring Gluten Free Mama’s Best Baking Recipes Cookbook. Rachel is honored to have had the opportunity to work side by side with her during this process.
