Unfortunately I see a lot of rice used in your mixes. Many people today are testing allergic to rice! maybe due to the arsennic they are finding in it. The options are always almonds (also allergenic, fumigated and pasteurized today), rice, corn which is highly allergenic foods many of which are GMO. An alternative doctor in MI says most of her patients test allergic to the GMO fooods: wheat/rye/barley, rice, corn, soy, almonds, oats and bananas! Unfortunately most GF people are using these as alternatives to wheat/rye/barley which contain gluten. I’d like to see something other than these items used – sorghum, millet, buckwheat, amaranth, etc.

LOVE LOVE LOVE they almond and coconut flour blends. I have been gluten free for almost two years now due to food allergies and you have made life worth living again with your products. The taste is exceptional and I am thrilled to not deal with a gritty texture to my food as with other brands. Your recipe book gave me courage to experiment with cooking and baking. My crepes are out of this world. Thank you! Keep up the good work.

I absolutely love love love Mama’s Gluten free flour blends. I have tried many alternative GF flour blends and Mama’s is far superior. I prefer the Coconut Blend for for sweet treats and the Almond Blend for my doughs and savory dishes. I own both her cookbooks and they are fantastic and easy to follow. Thank you for the best GF flours around!

I have been an avid home baker for many years with some professional baking experience as well. When I could no longer eat gluten I thought my baking days were over… Until I tried Mama’s Almind Flour Blend. The texture and taste are wonderful. It produces the most similar results to wheat flour in my recipes of any that I have tried. I get people who have no need for gluten free desserts begging for my goodies again. Thank you for producing such a wonderful quality gluten free flour blend!
